Description#
Experience urban sophistication at its finest with this exquisite one bedroom condo in the heart of Downtown Asheville. Located just steps from the vibrant South Slope and Biltmore Avenue, this one-bedroom unit was built in 2017 and features designer furnishings, work by local artists, and everything you need to enjoy a comfortable lifestyle. The unit provides high quality kitchenware, and linens and towels. It has a king-sized bed in the bedroom along with a full-size sleeper sofa in the living room. The spacious bathroom has a double vanity and large shower to accommodate multiple guests. There's also a washer/dryer if you need to freshen up your wardrobe while you're here! Some of the comments received from previous AirBnB guests who stayed at this 5 star vacation rental home are ‘The best Airbnb we have ever stayed at due to its downtown location, the quiet, free parking, beautiful decor, its high quality finishes and cool design.’ This home is fully furnished and is available for a 12 month rental period (6 month rental would be considered at $2500 per month). Tenants are responsible for electricity and internet. All other utilities will be paid by the owner. The 55 South Market building is a residential condo development completed in 2018. The first two levels are reserved for short-term guests, and the upper floors are all owner-occupied or rented long-term. Modern and luxurious, the eco-friendly condos feature 10' ceilings, smart home technology, and beautifully chosen finishes. The 70-unit building also offers guests an expansive indoor/outdoor community area with fire table seating, gaming area, and grilling station. PLEASE NOTE: This Downtown Asheville unit was untouched by the hurricane. This property is available for rent for workers, people who have lost their homes, families here helping, or anyone for any reason who is here in Asheville. The only impact is that water must be vigorously boiled before consuming at this time, and some bottled water will be supplied (and stores are open to replenish this). City mains water can be used for showers, laundry, and flushing toilet
