Located just 4 blocks from Central Ave, The Pier District, Beach Drive, Straub Park, and all that vibrant downtown St Pete has to offer, this furnished studio apartment was designed with your comfort in mind! Recently renovated and furnished with plush memory foam mattress, full kitchen, local artwork, courtyard and garden with BBQ and games, Roku smart TV, wireless charging, LED mirrors, and everything you need to live, work, and play downtown! Photos are from multiple units to show a representative sample. We have more than one apartment available, first or second floor, subject to availability. Tenants pay a $160 flat rate utility bundle that includes all utilities and high speed internet (no utility deposits or new accounts to establish!) and dedicated parking is available onsite or nearby for an additional $150/mo. The apartment is also available unfurnished for a $150/mo discount. Downstairs units are pet friendly with additional deposit and pet fee. Laundry on site. Available immediately
