The property owner's insurance policy does not allow "aggressive breeds" or animals with a history of biting on the property. We do not charge additional deposits or fees for documented service/companion animals. Aggressive breeds include: Chihuahua, Chow Chow, Doberman Pinscher, Dalmatian, Rottweiler, German Shepherd, American Staffordshire/Pit Bull Terrier, or Siberian Husky, or any other animal deemed to be aggressive, dangerous, vicious, or having bitten someone. NO RISK Application Fee. Applications are processed on a first come, first serve basis. If an application is accepted prior to your submission, your application fee will be refunded.
