A dry-cleaner, bike shop, nail salon, liquor shop and State Farm insurance office round out the retail spaces in the complex while a convenience store that is open late and a Mediterranean cafe have just opened in adjoining buildings. Both Central Park and Morningside Park have playgrounds and there will be a brand you swimming and ice-skating facility towards the North End of Central Park by the Harlem Meer and the Conservatory Gardens. Having access to some the greatest parks at one's doorstep is quite a luxury along with plenty of restaurants, cafes and specialty shopping with in a few minutes is quite a convenience. There is also a plethora of transportation options. Being right on Central Park and having a Subway line downstairs is nice. The B and C trains run local and the A turns into a local late at night. There are five buses including the M3 and M4 with go down Fifth Avenue to Penn Station. The M4 goes up Broadway past Columbia University to the Cloisters (a branch of the Metropolitan Museum of Art) and the M3 goes up Manhattan Avenue. The M7 also runs up Sixth Avenue in the Village and stops behind the building on Manhattan Avenue and 110th Street while the M116 goes all the way to Costco on the East River. There are also plenty of taxi cabs and CitiBike stands.
