There are lots of built in bookshelves and cabinets as well as a 2-sided wood fireplace with brick hearth that opens into the dining area which is open to the updated kitchen. There is a center island with breakfast bar seating. The stainless steel appliances include a gas range, dishwasher, microwave and French door refrigerator. The modern cabinets are a golden blonde color and provide plenty of storage space. The bedrooms both have carpeting. The primary bedroom has lots of closet space and an en suite bathroom with a shower stall. The shared bathroom has a tub. A large laundry room has full size washer and dryer. An exterior bonus room is accessed from a door in the living room through the backyard. This room has a window seat and could serve as an office or art studio. The front yard and fully fenced backyard are heavily landscaped with raised beds, mature shade trees, and flagstone areas. In the backyard there is a screened in, cement floor sunroom. There is a manual lift, 1 car garage and a long driveway that will fit up to 3 cars. There is also an additional storage room located behind the garage. This home has lots of storage and a work bench. The house is cooled by a swamp cooler.
