We lived in the apartment ourselves until our home of 30+ years was rebuilt, and then we found the most wonderful tenant, who was more like family to us; she has been in the apartment for the past 3 years, but is now moving back to the Bay Area. We are seeking a tenant who is similarly kind, thoughtful, and easy-going. The apartment is currently fully-furnished, but can be made available furnished or unfurnished, depending on your preference. Two associated parking spots, one in the garage, the other just outside the building entrance but still behind the security gate. Two storage units. Cable, internet, water, and electric are all included. A/C and heat are charged by usage, but that number can easily be $0 (as it is for us while we lived here) because the weather is perfect!
