Rent: $1250/month (4 weeks free) Utilities: $100/month (covers water, sewage, trash, gas, and Wi-FI) Parking: N/A Electricity is set up separately by the tenant. We are PET FRIENDLY! Pet rent: $35/month Refundable Pet Deposit: $300 Application Fee: $45/adult Security Deposit: $400 (subject to change pending background check results) To qualify with us here at RIO you must: make twice the amount of rent per month, have good established credit (min 2 open lines of credit in good standings), minimal collections, no rental debt or evictions, and have a clean background check. All applications are put into a specific algorithm that takes all qualifications into account. Square footage is approximate, pictures may be of a similar home.
