Fee is $60 per adult over the age of 18. Fee is waived for active duty military. For high risk applicants, a higher deposit may be required, or need owner final approval if not automatic denial. RE/MAX has the right to deny any applicant who does not meet the rental criteria and adheres to all fair housing laws.
