We are offering one month free with any lease ending in the Summer of 2026 (move in must be before Jan 15th). Video walk through is posted on the Guardian Property Management website. Walking in from the back deck area you will find a spacious kitchen and full bathroom. Through the kitchen you have a living room with side entry door. The front of the unit features a very large bedroom with spacious closet Tenant is responsible for gas and electric, trash fee of $20 month. Owner pays for water and sewer. 1 Parking space included. Pets are welcome with positive rental reference and credit. (Dog fee $30mo, Cat fee $20mo) Applications are available on the Guardian Property Management website. Each application is $50 per adult and can be paid with a credit or debit card. Application is based on income, credit history (Guardian Property Management will not use credit score but will be using information from your credit report), rental/work history and includes a criminal background check.
