Tenant is responsible for all utilities: electric, propane, trash removal, internet, cable. Armstrong cable/internet is available possibly other options. Tenant is responsible for all yard & landscaping maintenance and snow/ice removal. Pets will be considered on an individual basis with monthly pet rent $50/pet and non-refundable $250 pet cleaning fee due at lease signing.
